General Information

::SHIPPING
~We ship all orders with 2-10 bussines days of payment being received (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days).
~We can only ship to the paypal address specified in the paypal account at the time of the order. If an old address has been left with the payment information, please contact us as soon as possible. We are not resposible for shipping to the incorrect address if no communication has been established thru Etsy Conversations.

~We only ship using USPS  first class mail which is a normal 2-5 business days in addition to the processing time for domestic orders.
~International customers please verify with your post master normal processing time. USPS states 6-10 bussiness days for delivery, but in my experience the time for delivery varies from country to country. Not unsual to see between 2 weeks to 1 month for delivery.

::RUSH ORDERS
Current processing time is 2-10 business days after payment is received. International orders may take a few more days. We ship International orders Friday and Saturday exclusively. (Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business day)
At times, depending on the amount of orders in my queu, I am able to accept Rush orders. Please contact me BEFORE placing the order. A Rush processing fee will be accessed. (25% of the total cost of the piece if the item needed within four business days and 40% if the item is needed the next day) . I am not able to accomodate all rush order requests, please plan accordingly.

::IMAGES
All photos are taken in natural light, and sometimes depending on the time of the day, the photos may be darker or brighter, also some monitors could also portrait minor color variations 

::PRIVATE LISTINGS (Custom Orders)
We gladly accept custom listings. Please email us with any particular request before placing the order to ensure product availability.

::INVENTORY
We are a small retailer and we don't carry huge quantities of any of the products shown. If you see something that interest you, but decide to wait, is a good opportunity to miss it the next time you shop with us :) buy it while it is available   

:: WHOLESALE ORDERS (Not available from November 15th-December 27th)
We can offer discounts per volume

We will extend a 15% in ALL orders over $150 and shipping charges are responsability or buyer. We limit the quantity of wholesale customers we are allow (due to this shop being operated as a single designer) Please inquiry for specific quantities.
Please understand:
Our prices are very competitive, please inquiry thru ETSY with the specifics and for a detailed quote. We require that the products sold at wholesale prices are not sold at any other Etsy shop. Neisha's Blue sales and not all product are included in the wholesale program due to inventory availability.

::PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately via paypal.
 :: SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
We ship all our USA orders using USPS thru paypal. You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation directly to your email. If you need particular details, please convo me at any time. (Convos, will be answered between 1-2 business days). I don't send a confirmation email for the receipt of the order or a separate tracking email. At the time of purchase, you will receive an email from Etsy on my behalf with details of the transaction and once the order is ready to ship paypal will email you with the tracking confirmation on my behalf.

:: INTERNATIONAL BUYER
Canada Post seems to take longer. Once the order is dropped at the post office, your country postmaster determines the delivery time.
Different countries experience different delivery time, we use USPS first class International mail. USPS states 6-10 for delivery but this time is estimated and not a guarantee. We send several international packages weekely, and we have experienced deliveries within a week of dropped and as long as  four weeks.
No tracking confirmation could be place on International orders.
::Insurance for Domestic and International Orders
Please inquiry for insurance, we can't be responsible for your goods once the order has been dropped at the post office. Orders over $100 will be required an insurance to protect you -the buyer- and Neisha's Blue -the seller-.
